Yes, the Standard version is completely free to use.
What is the difference between the Standard and Professional versions?
The Standard version is free, has limited resources, and banner ads. The Professional version has a monthly fee, unlimited resources, and no ads. For a complete list of features see the feature comparison.

What do you mean by "resources"?
The people, rooms, or equipment that you schedule. For a hair salon, your resources are stylists; for a medical office, resources are doctors; for a meeting room manager, resources are rooms. You could also have some resources that are people, and other resources that are pieces of equipment.
How do my customers request an appointment?
Your customers will click on a button on your website. We will provide you with the code to put the button on your site, or we can host the entire website for you.
When they click the button, they will be able to select from the resources and services you have defined. You can see an example of this on our sample customer screen for a hair salon.
Alternatively, you can make it even easier for your customers by using a button that links them to a simple email request form, allowing you to take care of selecting the exact appointment details and get back to them.
How do I get email reminders?
Email reminders get sent out automatically a day before the appointment. In addition, email reminders also get sent any time a change is made to the appointment.
Email addresses can be saved for each resource and customer. In addition, any number of email addresses can be included in the notes on an appointment, and all of them will receive a copy.
How do I get text messages?
Text messages are handled similar to email, so reminders go out automatically a day ahead of time and any time the appointment is changed. Text phone information can be saved for each resource and customer, and additional numbers can be entered in the appointment details.
How can my resources (doctors, stylists, etc.) check their schedule when they are traveling?
If they have a smartphone, they can log in to simpliflex.mobi and review their schedule, and confirm or cancel appointments. Changes to appointments will be emailed to all parties automatically.
They can also send a text message to our server to get a text message back with upcoming appointment information.
Can I allow my resources to view or modify their own schedule without them seeing the all the others?
Yes, each resource user can have a separate log in. They will only be able to see and modify the appointments that are assigned to them.
Can I synchronize the Simpliflex calendar with another application?
Yes, we have both proprietary solutions and standard import/export functions. Please call for more information.
